New Membership – Pay by Funds Transfer

 

The process of applying for a new membership and paying by Funds Transfer has 5 steps:

  1. Download the Application Form.
  2. Complete the Application Form.
  3. Note the total amount to be paid.
  4. Make your payment for the amount owing.
  5. Send your completed form to us.

Step 1: Please download the Application Form: BPS – New Membership Form – Mar 2019


Step 2: Please complete the Application Form.

There are 2 ways of completing the form downloaded in Step 1:

  1. You can print the form and fill it in by hand.
  2. You can enter your details into the form and then print it and sign it.

Step 3: Please Note the Total Amount Owing.

Please take a note of the total amount owing as shown on the completed form.


Step 4: Please Make Your Payment for the Amount Owing.

Please make your deposit into the Society’s bank account for the amount noted in Step 3 using this bank account:

Account Number: 140476508

If you are submitting your payment using Internet Banking, you should copy-and-paste the BSB number and account number shown above in order to avoid typing errors.
